Abstract
The historical investigation regarding Primo Levi’s secret by Sergio
Luzzatto provides us a new perspective on Se questo è un uomo, La tregua, Il sistema periodico, Se non ora, quando? and on the collected poems in Ad ora incerta. Rather than merely a witness, Levi is presented as a complex and deeply perceptive writer.
