Destiny, Comedy, Metaphors of Condition.

Abstract

The intervention – starting from the title of one of the two “comedies within a comedy” of the homonymous text by Andreini – tries to frame the question of the relationship between “commedia all’improvviso” and an open ending, posing the question in a long duration, starting from the Baroque age. With "metaphors of condition" we mean the reflection of the condition of men and women in the theater, which continues, in the sense of belonging, the field of definition of genres as a mirror of life.
