Abstract

The note briefly reviews and clarifies the first posthumous essay by
Francesco orlando (Il soprannaturale letterario. Storia, logica e forme) recently assembled using recorded lessons and published by einaudi. at the same time, the article attempts to isolate the main features of orlando’s theory connecting some critical insights from his earlier studies to the new one.
